乐胃汤加舒必利治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察

Functional Dyspepsia(FD)Treated with Lewei Tang Added with Shubili

[目的]评价乐胃汤加舒必利治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效。[方法]136例经确诊的FD患者随机分2组:治疗组70例给乐胃汤加舒必利片100mg,2次/d;对照组66例服用吗丁啉10mg,1d3次,疗程均4周,观察症状消失情况并做对比分析。[结果]4周后的治疗有效率:治疗组90%,对照组60.7%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。[结论]乐胃汤加舒必利治疗FD疗效满意,是目前治疗FD的可行方案。

[Objective]To evaluate the cure effect of Lewei Tang added with Shubili on FD.[Method]Randomly divide the FD pa- tients into 2 groups:treatment group 70 cases take Lewei Tang and Shubili 100rag,2 times/d;the control one 66 Motilium 10mg, both for 4 weeks.Observe the symptoms disappearance and make comparison.[Result]After treatment,the effective rate was 90% for the treatment group,60.7% for the control one,the difference between them was marked(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The said combination therapy has satisfying effect in treating FD,is a present available plan for FD.
