白癜风中药内服方剂的组方原则及用药分析

Analysis of Compatibility and Drugs of Traditional Chinese Recipes for Vitiligo

收集白癜风(Vitiligo)内服方剂250首,时其组方原则及用药进行统计分析,发现方剂配伍集中于滋补肝肾、养血祛风。分析其中141首滋补肝肾、养血祛风方的用药频率,发现居于前3位的中药分别为制何首鸟94次、补骨脂87次、白蒺藜81次。认为对于表现为肝肾不足或无明显伴随症状的白癜风患者可以"滋补肝肾、养血祛风"论治,用药可选制何首乌、补骨脂等。

The author collected 250 traditional Chinese recipes for vitiligo and analyzed their compatibility and drugs.It is found that the principle of compatibility of majority recipes nourish Liver and Kidney,nourish blood to expel wind(141/250).The frequency of the drugs in 141 recipes are analyzed further,and it is found that the most commonly used drugs are Radix Polygoni Muhiflori Preparata,Psoralea corylifolia L and Tribulus terrestris,the frequency are 94,87 and 81 respectively.Conclusion is that vitiligo patients,with no obvious sim- uhaneous phenomenon or with Liver and Kidney insufficiency in syndrome differentiation of TCM,can be treated by nourishing Liver and Kidney,nourishing blood to expel wind,and that Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata,Psoralea corylifolia L and Tribulus terrestris and on can be selected to treat vitiligo.
