摘要
根据70例黄褐斑临床表现,分为肝郁气滞,脾虚湿阻、肝肾阴亏,以疏肝健脾补肾、活血化瘀为治疗原则,结果治愈25例,显效34例,好转6例,无效5例,总有效率为92.8%。
According to the clinical symptoms of 70 cases of chloasma,it can be divided into depressed liver and Qi block,deficient spleen and wet block,Yin deficiency of liver and kidney,taking relieving liver,notifying spleen and kidney,activating blood circu- lation to remove stasis as treating principle.The result showed 25 cases were cured,34 had marked effect,6 were better,5 had no effect,the total effective rate was 92.8%.
