内外兼治痛风性关节炎42例临床观察

Internal and External Treatment to Gout Arthritis

[目的]观察内外兼治痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。[方法]治疗组42例石膏知母汤合三妙丸加减口服,外用金黄散软膏帖敷;对照组30例秋水仙碱口服,疗程均为1周。[结果]治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]中医药内外兼治痛风性关节炎有良好的清热镇痛、降血尿酸作用,见效快,副作用少,复发率低。

[Objective]Clinically observe the cure effect of gout arthritis treated internally and externally.[Method]The treatment group 42 cases treated with Gypsum and Anemarrhena Combination and Sanmiao Pill orally,applied externally with Jinhuangsan Ointment;the control group 30 only with colehicines;one week for both groups.[Result]The clinical cure effect was better in treatment group than control one(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Internal and external treatment of TCM has good function of relieving heat and pain,reducing blood uric acid,with speedy effect,little side effect and low recurrent rate.
