摘要
[目的]寻找治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。[方法]针刀松解配合硬膜外注射。[结果]380例,痊愈190例,显效102例,有效71例,无效17例,总有效率95.5%。[结论]用针刀配合硬膜外注射腰椎间盘突出症,疗效满意。
[Objective]To seed for effective method for proplase of lumbar intervertebral disc.[Method]Acupuncture sword sepa- ration combined with injection outside putamen.[Result]In 380 cases,190 were cured,102 had marked effect,71 were effective, 17 had no effect,and the total effective rate was 95.5%.[Conclusion]The said method has satisfying cure effect.
