摘要
随着经济的不断发展,地下空间的开发利用将成居住区建设过程中的必然趋势。从居住区地下空间开发利用的概述出发,分析了居住区地下空间开发利用存在的问题,并对居住区地下空间开发的模式、利用的对策以及政策支持三方面进行了探讨。以期能对未来居住区地下空间的开发利用提供一些前瞻性的构想。
Along with economic development,the development and utilization of underground space will become an inevitable trend in residential construction.This paper outlines the development and utilization of underground space in residential areas,analyses of the residential development and utilization of underground space, and studies underground space development model,the utilization measures and policy of support.Which will provide a conception for the underground space development of the future residential area.
