摘要
简要回顾了我国混凝土高效减水剂研制、生产和应用历史,阐述了几种主要类型高效减水剂的性能特点和应用现状。认为今后必须加大科研力度,一方面努力研究开发如聚羧酸系一类的新型高性能减水剂品种,另一方面,仍然要从萘系,密胺系等传统高效减水剂分子结构本身出发进行改进,并且通过复合手段,解决减水剂在实际应用中所面临的技术难题,满足混凝土工程对外加剂多功能化的需求。
The history of inventing,producing and application of superplasticizers in China is recalled,and the characteristics and application status of the main type superplasticizers are summarized.It is supposed that,in order to meet the further demand of the modern concrete constructions,much more research work should be emphasized on:1)development of new type superplasticizers such as polycarboxylate based superplasticizer,and 2)modification of the molecule structure of maphthalene and melamine based superplasticizers and finally solving the new problems on site by means of composting methods.
