地下室混凝土墙体在浇筑后至60d内发生开裂的现象比较多,可以将此期间发生的裂缝定义为混凝土早期裂缝,早期裂缝中很大一部分是由于混凝土收缩引起的。混凝土早期收缩裂缝可在事前从结构设计优化、原材料优选、施工配合比优化设计、施工过程控制及施工过程监测等多方面采取措施进行综合控制。

The early stage concrete crack occurs frequently during the course of concrete cast to 60 days.The early stage concrete shrinkage is mostly the cause by crack.It is suggested to take the following measures to prevent and cure the early stage shrinkage crack:structure optimum design,optimum selection of materials,optimum design of mixture ratio of concrete,construction course control,construction course monitor.
