摘要
采用高含量、稳定性好的水性环氧树脂乳液用作增强水泥混凝土的粘结材料。通过对不同固化剂的比较试验,确定了性能最优的固化剂。同时考查了不同水性环氧树脂乳液用量对水泥混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度、劈拉强度的影响;并通过分析掺有水性环氧树脂乳液水泥混凝土的力学性能、增强机理以及显微结构,表征了该水泥混凝土的复合特性,确定了水性环氧树脂乳液的最佳用量。通过不同介质对掺有水性环氧树脂乳液水泥混凝土性能的影响表征含水性环氧树脂乳液的水泥混凝土试件具有较好的耐化学药品腐蚀性。以银英公路为工程实例,介绍了水性高固含量环氧树脂乳液掺入水泥混凝土的工程应用。
The water-epoxy resin latex of high content and excellent stabilization was used as adhesive material for reinforcing cement concrete.By means of comparison experiments,an optimal curing agent was abtained.Meanwhile,the influences of different amounts of the latex on compressive strength,flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of cement concrete were investigated.By analyzing mechanical proterty,reiforcing mechanism and the microstuctures,the composite performances of cement concretes with water-epoxy resin latex were presented,and the optical amount of resin latex was obtained.Cement concretes mixed water-epoxy resin latex have better capacity to bear or endure chemical medicine causticity by analyzing the effect of different chemical medicines on cement concretes contained water-epoxy resin.As the case of Yinying Highway,it introduced engineering practice of cement concrete mixed water-epoxy resin latex of high content.
