摘要
新建焦炉端台区要占用焦化厂输煤动脉旧P3通廊2个支架的位置,经综合分析,采用临时托换钢支架、利用焦炉端台经加强的边框架由炉顶层向上延伸形成的2个支架、新增支架和外包式托换通廊桁架,共经三次托换,形成了新的托换通廊结构承重体系,完成了对旧P3通廊的支架异位托换改造。
The end platform of the coke oven to be built will occupy the locations of two supports of the existing artery P3 gallery of the coking plant.After comprehensive analysis,the temporary underpinning steel support is used.The end platform of the coke oven is utilized to extend upward from the oven top floor to form two supports via strengthened side frame.Three times of underpinning have been done for the new supports and overall underpinning gallery truss.The load bearing system for the new underpinning gallery is formed and reform of the different location underpinning of existing P3 gallery has been finished.
