摘要
对拟进行加层改造的某办公楼进行抗震鉴定,以保证改造后的结构安全,并为加层改造施工提供技术依据。对鉴定工作中的一系列问题加以总结,为以后同类别的已有建筑物的抗震鉴定工作和相关研究提供实际工程经验。
To ensure the safety of an office building which would be added extra-floors,the seismic appraisal of the building was done.And it could also make technical supporting of the construction of adding extra-floors.It was summarized some questions during this appraising work in order to supply some experiences for similar work.
