摘要
精确无收缩水泥基灌浆料不仅具有硬化后膨胀,还应有塑性膨胀特性。通过对唐山钢铁公司某轧机生产线的设备基础进行二次灌浆的实践证明,选用精确无收缩灌浆料,应用压力灌浆的施工方式,能够保证连续灌浆,且大幅度提高有效承载接触面。
Precision nonshrink cementitious grouts expand in both the plastic and the hardened state.Throuagh the second grouting of equipment foandation for a mill production line in Tangshan Iron & Steel Compang,it has been proved that the continuous grouting can be ensured and the effective bearing area can be increased greatly by selecting precise monshrink gout and using pressure grouting.
