基于调节地下水位的建筑纠倾法

INCLINATION-RECTIFYING OF BUILDING BASED ON REGULATION OF GROUND WATER LEVEL

由于各种原因,建筑物都会有程度不同的倾斜。当倾斜超过一定程度,或倾斜的趋势不停止,就会危及建筑物的安全。这种趋势及早发现,及时处理,非常重要。目前常用的纠倾技术有很多,许多方法的风险和难度都很大,使建筑纠偏工程实施起来其有效性、安全性和经济性都有一定的问题。基于一个实际工程的沉降观测资料分析,提出基于调节地下水位的建筑纠倾法,试图以简便、低成本和容易控制的方式进行房屋纠偏。

There are many inclination-rectifying technologies at the present,yet their risk and difficulty are very high.It is proposed a method of inclination-rectifying based on regulation of ground water level through analysis of settlement observations of an actual project;it is attempted to do the inclination-rectifying of building by a simple method of low cost and easy control.
