针刺颈部夹脊穴对颈源性高血压患者血浆内皮素影响的观察

Effect of acupuncture with cervical-jiaji pointson endothelin in the patient of cervical hypertension

目的:探讨针刺颈部夹脊穴治疗颈源性高血压的效应机制。方法:60例颈源性高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组选用颈部夹脊穴,对照组选用传统取穴进行针刺,对照观察患者治疗前后血浆内皮素(ET)含量的变化。结果:两组患者治疗后血浆ET含量均明显降低,分别与治疗前含量比较,经统计学处理具有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组血浆ET含量降低明显优于对照组,经统计学处理差异具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:血浆ET含量可作为临床判定颈源性高血压疗效的一项客观检测指标,同时证明颈部夹脊穴是更为有效的治疗本病的选穴方案。

Objective To investigate mechanisms of acupuncture with cervical-jiaji points treating the patients of cervical hyperten- sion.Methods Sixty cases of cervical hypertension patients were random- ly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with cervical-jiaji while the control group with traditional points.Changes of endothelin contents were investigated in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the endothelin content significantly decreased in two groups,with a significant differ- ence between pre-treatment and post-treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01),and more decreased in the treatment group(P<0.05) .Conclusion:It shows that cervical-jiaji points of acupuncture therapy is an effective therapy in the patient of cervical hypertension.
