Objective:Mechanism discussion of musculature therapy on treating spastic hemiplgia induced by stroke.Methods:Analysis the characteristic of spasm of muscles and vessels,by the nerve and mus- cles recovery from modem medical,point of view and by classical theory of the TCM.Conclusion:The classics said that'the illness is on the tendon and the muscle,the treating is also on it'and'the pain point is just the acupuncture point',so treatment of spastic hemiplegia induced by stroke follows this.Don’t stick to the theory of treatment for flac- cidity aims at Yangming meridian.
