神阙穴隔盐灸治疗儿童遗尿的临床观察

Clinical observations on the treatment of children’s enuresis by acupuncture plus salt-partitioned moxibustion at Shenque(CV 8)

目的:观察神阙穴隔盐灸合并针灸对非洲儿童遗尿的疗效。方法:将70例遗尿患儿随机分为治疗组(38例);对照组(32例),分别进行神阙穴隔盐灸合并针灸和针刺治疗。按《中医病症诊断疗效标准》中判效标准评定疗效。结果:神阙穴隔盐灸合并针灸组患儿痊愈平均治疗次数与对照组差异有统计学意义,结论:神阙穴隔盐灸合并针灸对改善非洲儿童遗尿有明显作用,机制需进一步探讨。

Objective:To probe into effect of the treatment to child’s enuresis by acupuncture plus salt-partitioned moxibustion at the point of Shenque(CV 8).Methods:70 cases of Enuresis were randomly di- vided into a treatment group(38)and a control group(32),the treat- ment group were treated by acupuncture plus salt-partitioned moxibus- tion at Shenque(CV 8)and the control group by simple medical thera- py,carried on《the Chinese medicine disease examine a patient cura- tive effect standard》win judge the effect standard to assess curative ef- fect.Besults:There was no statistically difference between the treat- ment group completely recovered average times and the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment for children’s enuresis by acupuncture plus salt-partitioned moxibustion at Shenque(CV 8)has a better therapeutic effect on single medicine therapy.
