摘要
《内经》中"凡刺之法,必先本于神"的临床心理学思想,强调针刺过程中不仅要重视患者的心理调整,使其积极配合治疗,准确体会针感,而且要根据患者"五态"人格特征,善用针艾补泻。同时,医者应该"必一其神,令志在针",随患者反应行针施术,这是提高临床疗效、防止意外事故发生的重要保证。
According to the thought of 'Needling is based on the spirit' in 'Neijing',acupuncture should not only regard to the psychology to make the patience cooperate to your treatment,but also notice the character and use moxibustion. Meanwhile,the doctor should combine the needle and the patience's spirit together so as to improve the clinical effect and avoid medical accident.
