针刺百会透曲鬓穴对脑出血大鼠脑组织形态学影响的实验研究

Experimental study of the effect on brain histomophology of the cerebral Hemorrhage rats by acupuncturing on the "Baihui" penetrating "Qubin"

目的:探讨针刺百会透曲鬓穴对脑出血大鼠脑组织形态学的影响。方法:选取健康雄性Wistar大鼠160只,随机分为脑出血组(简称模型组)、脑出血+针刺组(简称针刺组)、脑出血+脑复康组(简称脑复康组),每组又分为术后6h、1d、2d、3d、7d5个时相点,每个时相点10只大鼠,另设空白对照组(简称正常组)10只大鼠。制备脑出血大鼠模型,在光镜、电镜下观察各组大鼠脑组织形态学改变。结果:(1)光镜下可见模型组血肿周围脑组织坏死、水肿,神经细胞核固缩、空泡化以及周围炎细胞浸润,以3d时最严重。针刺组较模型组细胞排列规整,水肿程度减轻,炎性细胞减少。脑复康组较模型组改变不显著。(2)电镜下可见模型组神经细胞肿胀,染色质凝聚成块状或核成溶解状,线粒体肿胀呈空泡状,嵴断裂,粗面内质网扩张,多聚核糖体解聚,突触结构肿胀。针刺组较模型组神经细胞肿胀减轻,线粒体结构破坏较轻,突触结构较清晰。脑复康组较模型组改变不显著。结论:针刺百会透曲鬓穴能够减轻脑组织水肿,减轻炎症反应,保护神经元,促进脑组织的功能修复。

Objective:Approach the influence on brain histomophology of the cerebral Hemorrhage rats by acupuncturing on the'Baihui' penetrating'Qubin'.Methods:Select 160 healthy male Wister rats,and the rats are divided into cerebral hemorrhage set,cerebral hemorrhage to add the acupuncture set,cerebral hemorrhage to add the western medicine set randomly.And each set is divided into five phase point subgroups:6 h,1 d,2 d,3d and 7 d after intervening factors.Each phase point subgroup has 10 rats,preparing 10 rats to be used as another blank matched control set.Prepare modles of acute cerebral hemorrhage with the method of injecting blood into the brain;observe each rat brain tissue appearance and observe the change by light microscope and electron microscope.Results:1.It was discovered that the model set's brain tissue surrounding the hematoma was necrosis,dropsy,karyopyknosis of nerve cells,vacuolization and phlegmasia cells infiltrated with the method of observation under light microscope.The 3 days' set was most serious.Compared with the model set,the pinprick set's damage abatement in deferent time phase-point.Compared with the model set,the piracetam set's damage was relatively showed no significant difference in deferent time phase-point.2.It was discovered that the model set's brain tissue surrounding the hematoma was swelling of the nerve cells,chromatin agglutination,nucelus dissolve,bioblast vacuolization,cristae split,rough endoplasmic reticulum dilatation,polysome depolymerize and synaptic bouton engorgement.Compared with the model set,the pinprick set's damage was abatement in deferent time phase-point.Compared with the model set,the piracetam set's damage relatively showed no significant difference in deferent time phase-point.Conclusions:By acupuncturing on the 'Baihui' penetrating'Qubin' on the cerebral Hemorrhage rats can lessen the dropsy of the brain tissue,lighten the inflammatory reaction,protect the nerve cells and promote the function of recovery of the brain tissue.
