摘要 采用熔体浸渗法制备Al2O3f/AZ91D复合材料,发现有Mg2Si新相生成。利用SEM,XRD等手段对其成分和组成进行了分析,研究了粘结剂的加入量对材料硬度的影响。结果表明:随着硅溶胶量的不断增大,材料硬度随之增大,当硅溶胶加入量大于10%(质量分数)时,对材料硬度的影响较小,且不利于材料的其他力学性能。 Al2O3f/AZ91D composites are produced using melt infiltration method and the new phase-Mg2Si are discovered.SEM,XRD was used to analyze ingredient and structure of the composites,the effects of the mucus dosage on the material hardness were investigated.The result showed that hardness of the composites rose with increasing of the silicon sol dosage;when the dosage of silicon sol is greater than 10%(mass fraction),it has weak effects on the material hardness,and bad effects on other mechanical properties of the material.
