摘要
本工作采用简单的化学酸液浸泡法,分别以天然鳞片石墨、高氯酸为宿主、寄主材料制备HClO4-GIC。研究了不同的反应温度、时间、膨化温度对其膨化性能的影响。研究结果表明:随反应温度、时间、膨化温度的提高,HClO4-GIC的膨胀体积存在一最大值。该工艺的突出特点是:HClO4-GIC的低温膨化性能和简单的回收再利用性。
HClO4-GIC was prepared by chemical method using natural graphite flake,perchloric acid as host material,intercalating agent,respectively.The effect of reaction temperature,time,expanding temperature on the expanded volume was discussed here.The results showed that HClO4-GIC could be synthesized in the range room temperature from 100 to 130℃ with reaction time of 30min.This kind of GIC can exfoliate at 200℃ and the expanded volume exceeds 300mL/g.The expanded volume increases as exfoliated temperature increasing.When HClO4-GIC was exfoliated above 400℃,the exfoliated graphite with expanded volume greater than 500mL/g could be prepared.As was sharply compared with conventional GIC with the expanded volume of ca 200-300 mL/g obtained from H2SO4/HNO3 impregnating method which generally exfoliates at 900-1000℃.
