摘要
研究了折叠复合材料结构的成型工艺,成功地制备了碳纤维/环氧树脂、玻璃纤维/环氧树脂复合材料薄壁圆柱壳试样,并对它们的折叠弯曲性能进行了实验研究,分析了弯曲过程中横向、纵向和纤维方向三个方向的应变变化情况,以及试样在弯曲过程中的弯矩和纵向曲率变化规律。
The manufacture technology of deployable composite structure is studied,both carbon/epoxy and glass/epoxy thin cylindrical shell specimens are successfully fabricated.The bend deployable experiments are performed.Some important mechanical phenomena are analyzed,such as the strain in the transverse direction,longitudinal direction and direction of fiber,flexural torque and longitudinal curvature during the bending process.
