上浆剂对碳纤维表面性能的影响 被引量:35

摘要 通过对三种碳纤维的表面上浆剂的红外光谱、质量百分含量、厚度以及带有上浆剂和不带上浆剂碳纤维的接触角、微观形态和表面化元素种类及含量进行了测试,研究讨论了这三种碳纤维表面上浆剂对碳纤维表面性能的影响。实验结果表明,不同牌号的碳纤维,其表面上浆剂的质量百分含量和厚度均有所不同,但都有严格的控制;对于不同形态的碳纤维,一些上浆剂会改变其表面微观形貌;上浆剂还可以改变碳纤维表面的浸润性。 The quality percent,thickness and IR of sizing agent on surface of three kinds of carbon fibers had been tested firstly and then the surface contact angles,micro-topographies of carbon fibers were observed.At last the elements on the fiber surface such as carbon,oxygen and nitrogen were characterized quantitatively and qualitatively by means of XPS.Based on the results,the surface performance of the three kinds of carbon fibers was discussed and it is indicated that the quality percent and thickness of different fiber are changed but controlled sternly by the fabrication company.The micro-topographies of carbon fibers are different and some sizing agent can change the micro-topographies of carbon fiber.In addition,the sizing agent can improve the surface performance of carbon fiber.
