碳纤维增强镁合金层合板及其基本力学性能 被引量:4

Investigation into the Tension Properties of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Magnesium Alloy Laminates

摘要 对碳纤维增强镁合金金属层合板FML(Fiber Metal Laminates)进行了初步的探索和研究。在几种不同层数和体分比下,制备了碳环氧/镁合金层合板这种轻型结构材料,通过对这种新材料的初步力学性能的试验测试,给出了碳纤维增强镁合金金属层合板的应力-应变曲线,以及强度极限、弹性模量与纤维/环氧复合材料百分含量的关系。 The Fiber reinforced magnesium alloy laminates are investigated.Some laminates with different munber of layer and different volume ratio of composite are fabricated.The basic mechanics properties such as limite strength,moduls and stress-strain curves are tested and discussed.
