双马来酰亚胺树脂体系的固化动力学和TTT图 被引量:10

摘要 采用全动态DSC研究了双马来酰亚胺树脂(BMI)体系的固化反应动力学,建立了固化动力学的唯象模型。并结合DiBenedetto方程研究了玻璃化转变温度和固化度之间的关系。采用凝胶盘法测定了树脂体系的凝胶过程,得到了凝胶时间和凝胶温度之间的关系,并通过回归得到了树脂体系凝胶时的固化度和凝胶时的玻璃化转变温度。在此基础上绘制了该树脂体系的TTT(Time-Temperature-Transition diagram)固化图。 The cure kinetics of bismaleimides(BMI) resin system was investigated by dynamic DSC analysis and the phenomenological model was established.The relationship between glass transition temperature and cure degree was obtained with DiBenedetto equation.The gelation process of BMI resin system was investigated by gelation disk,and the relationship between gel-time vs temperature was obtained.Then the relationship between conversion at gelation and glass transition temperature was also obtained.Finally,the time-temperature-transition(TTT) diagram was built based on the works above.
