摘要
在攀成钢105m2烧结机原燃料条件及生产设备条件下,用生石灰部分取代石灰石作为烧结熔剂的工业性试验。结果表明:在攀成钢105m2烧结系统现有生产设备条件及原料条件下配加5%的生石灰,试验期烧结机利用系数从1.38t/m2.h提高到1.52t/m2.h,提高了0.14%,幅度达到了10.14%;固体燃料消耗、烧结矿FeO含量分别下降了5.2kg/t、0.52%;烧结矿转鼓指数和筛分指数没有明显变化。配加3.9%的生石灰,试验期烧结机利用系数提高10.87%;固体燃料消耗下降了2.06 kg/t、烧结矿FeO含量降低0.41%;烧结矿转鼓指数和筛分指数同样没有明显变化。
Detailed in the paper is the industrial experiment with involvement of using quick lime as sintering flux to partially replace lime stone in operation of the 105 m2 sintering machine without any change of the conditions of the raw materials/fuels and the production equipment.The experiment result shows that with the existing equipment conditions and raw materials conditions remaining the same,during the experiment period,5% addition of quick lime results in the enhancement of the availability of the sintering machine from the original 1.38 t/m2·h to 1.52 t/m2·h,i.e.,0.14% enhancement,which means that the amplitude is up to 10.14%;the solid fuel consumption and the FeO content of the sintered ore have been reduced by 5.2 kg/t and 0.52% respectively;there is no obvious change of the drum index and the sieving index of the sintered ore;while 3.9% addition of quick lime results in 10.87% enhancement of the availability of the sintering machine;the solid fuel consumption and the FeO content of the sintered ore have been reduced by 2.06 kg/t and 0.41% respectively;likely,there is no obvious change of the drum index and the sieving index of the sintered ore.
