摘要
通过合理的化学成分设计,对原材料成分的合理控制,对每工序特别是热处理工序的研究,获得所需要的组织和性能,最终达到满足力学性能要求及抗氢致开裂和抗硫化物应力开裂的目的。
The subjective oil/natural gas linepipe has been successfully developed to meet all the requirements concerning mechanical properties and resistance against hydrogen cracking and sulfide stress cracking.Measures as taken to develop the said linepipe include proper design of the chemical composition,proper control of the material elements and improvement on each manufacture processes particularly the heat treatment process to ensure the structure and properties as required for the material.
