摘要
介绍一种主传动和回转送进都是行星齿轮传动的机构,以取代过去冷轧管机的主传动和回转送进使用偏心齿轮和凸轮机构的结构,主机头由运动变为固定,成为新型的无机架冷轧管机,从而改变过去冷轧管机运动部件重、能耗高、生产效率低、轧制精度差的问题,也改变了该行业技术水平长期徘徊改观不大的局面,为国内冷轧管的制造上台阶又奠定了一个坚实的基础。
Described here in the paper is a pipe cold-rolling pipe mill-used system with planetary gear-based main drive and rotary drive,which is substituted for the conventional system with eccentric gear/cam-based main drive and rotary drive for the said mill.With the former system,the main mill head is turned from a mobile part into a stationary one,and thus the cold-rolling mill proper has become a new type of non-stand mill.As a result,weight of the moving parts of the mill is considerably reduced,energy consumption is cut down,and both the productivity and product accuracy have been significantly improved.Moreover,this modification can be regarded as a breakthrough of the technical level of the cold-rolling seamless steel tube mill manufacture field of which the technological level has had ever no major improvement for so long a time,and thus lays a solid foundation for technical upgrade of the said domestic manufacture industry.
