采取废硫酸液冷却结晶分离法生产硫酸亚铁 被引量:5

摘要 在冷管进行生产前,必须对管子、圆坯先进行硫酸酸洗,以除去钢管表面和圆坯表面的氧化铁皮层,才能保证冷管的质量,生产合格的产品.冷轧加工过程中所产生的酸洗废液,含有大量的硫酸亚铁和相当一部分硫酸,如不回收,不但是废水污染源之一,且是资源的极大浪费.攀成钢金堂分公司采取酸洗废液冷却结晶法生产硫酸亚铁,此工艺投资225万元,每年可从酸洗液中提取硫酸亚铁3000吨左右,3~4年可回收全部投资稀硫酸回收利用.生产工艺合理,无废硫酸液排放,生产的硫酸亚铁可达到工业级一级产品,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益. Prior to the manufacturing process of tube cold-rolling,the mother tubes and round blooms have to be pickled with sulfuric acid solution to remove scales off the materials so as to ensure that qualified cold-rolled tubes are produced.The said sulfuric acid solution as having been used for the tube cold-rolling process still contains a large amount of ferrisulphas and a considerable amount of sulfuric acid which need to be recovered,otherwise such solution could lead to serious environment pollution,and also cause tremendous waste of resources.Described in the paper is the cooling-crystallization process adopted by CSST Jintang Branch to produce ferrisulphas from waste sulfuric acid solution.With a total investment of RMB 2.25 million yuan,every year approximately 3,000 tons of ferrisulphas can be produced from the said solution,which means the payoff period of the said investment is expected to be 3~4 years only.Moreover the process itself is very logic,which not only leads to no drainage of waste sulfuric acid solution,but also is capable of producing ferrisulphas product up to the requirements for Industrial Class I of this kind of product,and thus bring about significant economic and social benefits for the company.
