计算机网络在攀成钢全电子轨道衡上的应用

摘要 为了提高电子衡器的使用与计量管理水平,推动物资称量系统在使用领域的技术进步,在对各个轨道衡计量点的信息进行深入研究的基础上,攀成钢自动化公司在运用计算机技术及网络技术方面自主设计和开发了”计算机物资计量网络管理系统”,将轨道衡计量站点的计算机进行连网,实现计算机自动称重、打印,计量数据集中管理,实现计量数据在生产控制、计量管理各系统的信息共享。通过网络系统的应用使公司大宗物资可在就近的轨道衡计量点进行计量,这样缩短了物资计量时间,提高了铁路的运力,通过对物资流向等信息进行分析,合理调度车辆,来达到提高物资计量管理水平,求得最佳的企业经济效益。 To enhance the application and metrological management level of the electronic scale,and to promote the technical development of materials weighing systems in the application fields,based on in-deep analysis on the information acquired from different metering points of the railroad truck scale,Pangang Group Chengdu Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.has independently designed and developed the 'Computerized Material Metering Network Management System' by using computer technology and network technology.With the said network management system,all the metering points are connected into a network via the computer system so as to realize the computerized automatic weighing/printing out,centralized management of the metering dada and sharing of the metering information by both the production control systems and metrological management systems.Owing to the use of the said network,it is possible to meter any materials in large quantity of the company at the nearest metering point of the railroad truck scale so as to save the time for metering of the materials,thus get the transport capacity of the railway system of the company enhanced as well.Moreover also with the said network,relevant information like the material logistics can be analyzed,resulting in more logic dispatching of the vehicles to improve materials metering management level and get the optimum economic benefit.
