为充分了解蛋白酶,介绍了我国在中性蛋白酶、碱性蛋白酶、酸性蛋白酶、低温蛋白酶和耐高温蛋白酶研究概况。
In order to have a better understanding of protease,some general studies about different proteases are introduced.They are neutral protease,alkaline protease,acid protease,cryo-protease and protease with high-temperature tolerance.
