摘要
该文是从人力资源绩效审计的基本理论入手,通过对12家企业的人力资源绩效系统进行了现场结构化问卷调研,对提出的人力资源绩效系统结构进行了实证测度,在此基础上进行数据统计分析,以期望实现对组织战略性人力资源功能进行初步检查、分析、评估和提出改进建议。
On the basis of human resource audit theory,the paper constructs the basic structure model of human resources system.By mean of which to carry out field studies of twelve enterprises base on structural questionnaire,and to made a empirical testing of human resources performance system based on this statistical analysis.It is effective to identify problems and gaps of HR management practice,and give some advices for the strategic human resources system.
