中国的鲧治水神话和古希腊的悲剧《俄狄浦斯王》都属于神话题材,运用神话学和比较文学的知识,对二者的取材和渊源及民族性三方面进行研究和阐述,具有一定的价值。首先,从取材角度进行体系、阶级性、功用、神话历史化四方面作了分析。其次,从两则神话的渊源来论述,解析出三个原型式母题:替罪羊、神谕、谜。再次,在思维方式、审美标准、行为准则、价值取向四方面进行阐述,分析了中希两则神话各自所体现的民族精神的差别。

This paper regards mythologies that Gun brought the waters under control in chinese ancient times and Greeck tragedy—'Oedipus'as study objectives.Through comparative method,this paper utilizes the knowledge of mythdogy studies and comparative literature to study and expound the materials,origins and national traits of two mythologies,which is of great value.First,from the angle of materials,this paper analyzes the system,class characters,history and function of these two mytholoies.Second,From the angel of origins,this paper analyzes three original models:scapegoat,oracle,riddle.Then,this paper expounds the difference in national spirits by means of thinking modes,aesthetic criteria,beahvior criterion and value orientation.
