新闻媒介本来是普通的社会舆论工具,但在特定历史条件下异化为"阶级斗争的工具",传媒从业者形成"工具人格",阻碍了我国传播业的发展。在"工具人格"时代产生了三个严重后果:传媒性质发生了畸变,彻底丧失了新闻自由,新闻真实性原则遭到践踏。市场经济建立后传媒成为一种产业,新闻媒介获得市场主体地位,从业者也转型为"独立人格"。

News media is originally the common tools of public opinion,but it dissimilate the tools of class struggle,the media practician form the tool personality.This blocks the developing of the communication estate.There are three serious consequences during the time of'tool personality',the media nature has had the distortion,thoroughly lost freedom of the press,the news authenticity has encountered tramples.After the formation of the market-dlrected economy,the mass media becomes a kind of estate; news media obtains the status of market subject,and news media practician also transit into independent personality.
