随着科学技术的迅猛发展 ,新的世纪将是以知识经济和信息为主导的社会。为适应这一发展需要 ,世界各国都开展了新一轮的教育改革。综观国际教育发展的大趋势 ,教育主体的多元化 ,教育对象的终身化 ,教育手段的现代化 ,教育发展的市场化、产业化、国际化等等 ,都已成为新的现实和新的亮点。管窥国内外教育改革的现状 ,扼要地论述教育改革倍受重视、教育观念正在发生深刻变化、素质教育越来越深入人心、社会力量办学步入新阶段、成人教育日趋活跃、命题改革在教改中首当其冲、考试制度各有千秋等观点 ,具有一定的参考价值。

With the rapid development of sience and technology,the new century will be a society which intellectual economy and information are guiding ideology.To meet the needs of the development,all countries in the world carry out new reforms in education.Taking a broad view of the great trend of the development of the international education,a variety of the education subject,a lifelong object of education,the modernization of the education media,the marketablization,industrialization and internationalization of the development of education have become new reality and new bright points.According to the present situation of the educational reform at home and abroad,this paper briefly discusses the viewpoints that the educational reform has been paid attention to,deep changes of the education ideas take place,all round competence education strikes root in the hearts of the people,the society forces of running schools tread into a new stage,adult education is active day after day,the reform of assigning a subject bears the brunt in the educational reform,each systerm of examination has its strong points.The above viewpoints have a definite reference value.
