Higher education tends to be popular,which is the similar feature of the worlds higher education development.In the process of foreign higher educational popularity,some valuable experiences have been obtained,such as:1)higher educational popularity-great motive force of social economic development;2)its methods-whole orientation,many tiers,lots of ways;3)picked education and popular education develop together.However,in the process there are also some profound lessons,such as:1)contradiction of quantity and quality of higher edueation;2)problems of higher education and social requirement;3)problems of higher education development and funds lacking.
