摘要
一个人是否会有创造行为 ,取决于他是否具备一定的动力系统 ,而这一动力系统是由动机、兴趣、信念、情感、意志、性格等非智力因素提供的 ,教师应注重有助于学生创造力的非智力因素的培养 ,这对创新教育至关重要。
The non intelligent factors include motive,interest,belief,emotion,perseverance,personality,etc.They play a vital role in the formation of creativity.The cultivation of strengthening the students non intelligent factors and the improvement of promoting the students creativity can embody the spirit of the creative education.
