Document information resources insurance system is one of the three major pillars for higher learning institutions,and academic libraries are in the core of the system.In the age of information,it is the inevitable trend for academic libraries to evolve from the document information center to campus information center.Therefore,developing itself into a campus information center should be the development strategy for university library.
