摘要
在齿轮测量中 ,齿轮齿形误差的测量占有重要的地位 .本文提出了利用三维坐标测量机对齿轮齿形误差进行高精度测量的一种方法 .较好地解决了测球半径补偿问题 ,并和展成法 (单盘式渐开线检查仪 )测量结果进行比较 。
In the gear measuring, the measuring on the shape of gear tooth is widely used and is quite important. Here brings forward a method about measuring the gear form error highly precision by three co\|ordinate measuring machine. Through it, we have perfectly resolved the problem of measuring sphere radius reparation, and we have compared it with measuring results by out spreading method(single plate involute checking unit), it is proved that the result is practical.
