摘要
用AutoCAD处理完全互溶双液体系相图 ,不但准确而且方便快捷 .以 (xG-xL)~xL曲线与x轴的交点来确定恒沸组成、用该组成线与液相线的交点作为恒沸点的方法来确定恒沸点 ,对完全互溶双液体系“苯 -乙醇”、“硝酸 -水”、“水 -正丁醇”的处理结果表明 ,恒沸点的温度误差最大的为 0 1℃ ;组成误差最大的为 0 0 0 77.
With AutoCAD, processing phase diagram of complete mutual solution of two liquids attains both accuracy and facility. The intersection point of curve (x G x L ) ~ x L and x axis determines constant boiling composition, and this composition curve is applied to mark the constant boiling point. Different complete mutual solution double liquid sets including “benzene ethanol', “nitric acid water' and “water n butyl alcohol' are experimented with and the processing result indicates the temperature error of 0.1 ℃, and the composition error of 0.0077, which is a satisfactory result.
