实施素质教育要求教学工作的重心 ,必须从传授知识为主转到注重发展能力上来 ,这对提高教学质量 。
The implementation of education for all round development requires that the teaching should lay emphasis on the all round development of students instead of merely teaching them knowledge. It is significant in improving teaching quality.
