人民币汇率在汇率一般规律和我国经济、政治、社会心理预期等因素的共同作用下 ,将沿着振荡走低的趋势相对平稳地发展 .但是不能排除社会政治经济中的不确定因素对汇率造成的剧烈冲击 .

The exchange rate of RMB following the general exchange rate rule, under the influences such as economy, politics and psychological anticipation, will trends oscillating going down (by indirect pricing), relatively stable, but its development under influences to no exclusion of uncertain factors in social economy, which maybe exert great impact on the exchange rate of RMB.
