摘要
GB 11032—2000《交流无间隙金属氧化物避雷嚣》3.2节表1中避雷器按其电压等级分类,严重误导无间隙金属氧化物避雷器(WGMOA)的应用选择,致使110 kV 及以上和66 kV 及以下电力变压器绕组各侧用 WGMOA 的标称放电电流(l_n)等级不一致;并联补偿电容器用 WGMOA 的通流能力偏低,旋转电机用 WGMOA的l_n等级太低,影响电力系统的安全运行。
Voltage grade classification for arresters specified in Section 3.2 Table 1 of the national standards GB 11032—2000 for “AC Gapless Metal Oxide Arresters”may mislead its application selection.It causes uncoordinated grade of MOA rated discharge cur- rent on both sides of transformers above 110 kV and below 66 kV,low current passing capability of MOA on shunt compensate ca- pacitors and the I_n of MOA for rotating machine being too low,which deteriorates power system safe operation.
