摘要金融衍生工具的出现是金融创新的结果,其发展对金融业具有“双刃剑”作用。目前全球金融衍生品市场发展出现了新趋势,从制度视角透视全球金融衍生工具发展和变迁的内在轨迹,可以为我国提供有益的启示。
