城市网格化管理系统的关键技术及示范应用研究

Study on the key technologies and demonstrating application of urban griddization management system

传统的城市管理手段和方式远远不能满足现代城市管理的要求,将现代城市管理理论与“数字城市”技术相结合而形成的城市网格化管理,将是21世纪城市管理的新模式。城市网格化管理系统的核心部分由城市管理协同子系统、呼叫中心受理子系统、城市管理监督指挥子系统和城市管理综合评价子系统等几部分组成,同时还包括城市网格化管理数据库、城市管理构建平台及相关的网络协议和网络设备等辅助部分。本文以东城区网格化管理系统为例,说明城市网格化管理模式及系统运行结果。

The traditional means for urban management had not satisfied the demand of modern urban management.Urban griddization management,which is formed through the integration of the modern urban management theory and 'digital city' technology,will be the new model for urban management.The main of urban griddization management system is composed of four parts: the coordination sub-system for urban management,the accepting sub-system for calling center,supervising and commanding sub-system for urban management,integrative evaluating sub-system for urban management.Moreover,There are some secondary parts,e.g.,the database for urban griddization management,the constructing platform for urban management,correlative network protocol and network facility.The griddization management system for Dongcheng District is taken for an example to show the basal pattern of griddization management and the running result of the system.
