山西省城市群建设的初步研究

Elementary Study of Shanxi Urban Agglomeration Development

通过研究山西省城市整体发展现状,发现山西省城市发展水平低,基础设施落后,大城市少,中小城市偏多,城市规模效益和聚集效益低.结合目前国内外城市发展态势和山西省人多地少,地形崎岖,城市化任务繁重的省情,运用城市群发展理论,从多个层面论证了山西省发展城市群的必要性和可行性.在全面分析山西主要城市的经济发展水平、城市建设水平、交通通达性、产业结构等基础上,从空间维度上,规划了山西三个城市群的空间分布.从时间维度上,安排近期,中期和远期山西省城市群建设的重点.

Based on analysis of the developing condition of the cities Shanxi Province,we find some problems,for example,lower Urbanization,the small scale and so on.The paper studies the necessity and the probability of Shanxi building Urban Agglomeration from different aspects.It also points out the direction and the order of the developing of the Shanxi's three Urban Agglomeration.
