基于因子分析法的山西各地市旅游投资环境评价

Assessment of the Investment Environment of Tourism with Factor Analysis Method in Shanxi

本文选取资源禀赋、社会文化环境、基础设施环境及经济环境4个方面共35个指标,将多指标综合评价和因子分析法结合,对山西省各地市旅游投资环境进行综合评价和排序.结果显示,太原旅游投资环境最好,朔州最差.在此基础上,对山西省各地市的投资环境客观地分析,旨在为各地市改善旅游投资环境提供可靠依据,并为投资者做出正确的投资决定和获得满意的回报提供参考.

In this paper,35 economic indexes,induding to resources,socio-cultural geography,the basic facilities,economic environment were selected,and the tourism investment environment of every city in Shanxi is evaluated based on muti-criterial comprehensive evaluation and factor analysis method.The results show that Taiyuan′s environment of tourism is the best and the Shuozhou is the worst.On this basis,the advantages and disadvantages of each city were shown,so that they can be the reference to improve the tourism investment environment.At the same time,investors could use them to decide whether to invest and get a satisfactory answer.
