针对政府采购中经常使用的综合评标办法,基于模糊优选理论,给出了设备采购综合评标模型和应用演算范例,验证了利用集合论对设备采购评比的可行性和合理性.

This paper gives a comprehensive model of bid-appraising of the purchase of equipments,based on the fuzzy optimality theory,and meanwhile,demonstrates a paradigm of calculation.This model verifies the feasibility and the appropriateness of the application of set theory to the purchase of equipments.
