葛根素及灯盏细辛注射液联合治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病并发冠心病心绞痛临床疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Drug Combination of Puerorin and Erigeron Breviscapus Injection Treating Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris Secondary to Type Ⅱ Diabetes

目的:观察葛根素及灯盏细辛注射液治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病并发冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效.方法:58例确诊Ⅱ型糖尿病并发冠心病心绞痛的患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(28例),治疗组除常规治疗外,加用葛根素及灯盏细辛注射液静脉滴注,每日1次,14天为1疗程,用药1个疗程.对照组常规用药.观察两组临床症状、心电图、血脂等指标.结果:治疗组在临床症状、心电图、血脂等指标的改善方面均优于对照组.结论:葛根素及灯盏细辛注射液治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病并发冠心病心绞痛安全可靠,疗效确切.

Objective:To study the curative effect of Puerorin and Erigeron Breviscapus injection treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris secondary to type Ⅱ diabetes.Methods:58 patients with diabetes complicated by coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group (28 cases).Patients in treatment group were treated with intravenous dripx of Puerarin and Erigeron Breviscapus injection besides routine treatment.Patients in control group only received routine treatment.All patients were given intravenous dripx once a day,14 days constituting a treatment course and the clinical symptoms,ECG and blood-lipid of all patients were examined after a treatment course.Results:The detection results of clinical symptoms,ECG and blood-lipid of treatment group were superior to those of control group.Conclusion:Treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris secondary to diabetes with drug combination of Puerarin and Erigeron Breviscapus injection was safe reliable and effective.
