甲氨蝶呤配伍大剂量米非司酮治疗异位妊娠86例临床效果观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Compatibility of Methotrexate with High Dose Mifepristone Treating 84 Cases of Eccyesis

目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤配伍大剂量米非司酮用于异位妊娠治疗的临床效果.方法:治疗的第一天应用甲氨蝶呤50 mg,单次臀部肌注.同时口服米非司酮100 mg/次,12 h1次,共服3 d,6次总剂量600 mg,服药前后2 h禁食水.结果:联合用药成功率为94.1%,副反应产生率8.1%.结论:使用甲氨蝶呤配伍大剂量米非司酮治疗异位妊娠,可增加疗效,不增加副反应.

Objective: To discuss the curative effect of compatibility of Methotrexate with high dose Mifepristone treating eccyesis.Methods: On the first day of treatment patients received intramuscular injection with 50mg Methotrexate on haunch,combined with 100mg Mifepristone by oral administration every time,taking once every 12 hours.Mifepristone was taken for 3 days altogether,total dose amounting to 600mg.Patients must be avoidance of food and water within 2 hours before and after taking the medicine.Results:The achievement ratio of drug combination treating eccyesis was 94.1% and the incidence of side effect was 8.1%.Conclusion: Methotrexate combined with high dose Mifepristone treating eccyesis can improve curative effect and prevent side effect.
