温度对强化混凝-悬浮填料床生物氧化工艺运行的影响 被引量:5

The running performances of combined process of CEPT-MBBR in different temperatures

摘要 利用中试装置分别研究了冬季低温(7-15℃)、水温回升(14-22℃)和较高水温(27- 32℃)等条件下的工艺运行效果。结果表明:当生物段HRT为3.3-6 h、预处理PAC投加剂量30 mg/L、填料投配率30%的条件下,温度对CODCr、SS、TP的处理效果影响很小,对生物硝化和反硝化的影响较大。当水温为7-13℃时,出水NH3-N平均在7.84 mg/L,TN的去除率只有18.4%;而水温20℃以上,出水NH3-N浓度<1 mg/L;TN的去除率达到50%。低温时污水经过组合工艺处理后,出水的氮、磷仍能达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级B标准。 Pilot experiments were accomplished in several months at low temperature(7-15℃),increasing temperature(14-22℃)and high temperature(27-32℃). The results showed that the temperature had a weak influence on the removal efficiencies of CODCr,SS and TP, however, biological nitrification and denitrification would be weaken at low temperature with the running parameters of HRT of MBBR 3. 3-6 h, dosage of PAC with 30 mg/L and filling ratio of moving carriers with 30%. When the temperature increased, the treatment effect of NH3-N and TN would be better. When the temperature went up to 20℃, the effluent concentration of NH3-N could be less than 1 mg/L and removal rate of TN was about 50%; In deep winter ,such as at the temperature of 7-13℃, the removing rate of TN in the Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor was only 18. 4% and the average concentration of effluent NH3 - N was 7. 84 mg/L. Even if in winter, the effluents could meet GB 18918-2002.
